Since rediscovering the library, I’ve returned to it many times. It’s a great place to work when I don’t feel like working from home, and can’t possibly drink any more coffee. I have a library very close to my apartment, but I really only go to that one to take books out. Given the choice of working in a nondescript, slightly run-down space, or one that looks like this, which would you choose?
The other day I took as many photos as I could. It was well worth it, even though my camera battery died about ten minutes in. But ten minutes worth of architectural beauty is better than none, right?!
